I will show you every house that meets your needs, not just push you toward my listings; I will recommend attorneys to help protect your legal rights and home inspectors to help avoid surprises after closing.

I BELIEVE that you deserve excellent communication from your real estate broker. I will return all calls quickly, and certainly the same day; I will keep you fully informed of all the information I know about your transaction, as soon as I know it.

I BELIEVE that you deserve a real estate broker that is very detail oriented. A real estate transaction is sometimes very complicated. There are deadlines that need to be met; inspections and title work that need to be ordered and reviewed; financing and closing details that need attention. It is in my nature to obsess on details and work hard behind the scenes to make the transaction flow smoothly for you.
